After I heard the great news that Stream57, the company I work for, was moving to a new space, I new big changes were coming! It did not take long for an exciting design challenge to present itself - I was offered to have fun with the interior decoration; eg, selecting the colors for walls; instilling the corporate brand into the environment; building a 100 foot long mural?!?!?! Jesse Miksic our genious graphic web designer and Andrew Parker super duper company identity creator and I have chosen the main subject - the New York City skyline. And so it all started... First I designed the "sketch" of the whole picture on the computer. Then I found my old artist apron, brought colors, brushes, a lot of masking tape and I locked myself at the lonely (the office was still empty) office for 3 weeks.
